How You Can Help GCAC of Georgia's Foster Children

 

Many opportunities exist to impact the life of a foster child!

Please contact us at patti@gcacofgeorgia.com  if you or your organization has an interest in:

 

  • purchasing birthday gifts
  • purchasing Christmas gifts
  • providing tutoring
  • providing lessons (piano, ice skating etc.)
  • sponsoring an extra-curricular activity       
  • sponsoring a field trip for foster children
  • chaperoning  foster children field trips
  • mentoring
  • conducting a class/workshop (i.e. how to bead, fly fishing, gardening)
  • serving as a driver one day a month (medical, DFCS, visits etc...)
  • providing services for children coming into care (doctors can donate a child's first check up; pediatricians, dentists, or eye care professionals)
  • serving as a respite foster parent
  • serving as a foster parent
